After having worked in the television and film industry for over a decade, I've decided to escape the madness and relaunch myself into the creative world of graphic design. This blog documents snippets of inspiration gathered, projects I'm working on, and miscellaneous musings. It's more of a creativity-inducing personal scrapbook than anything else, but I encourage you to peruse it's pages, and add insight and share interesting tidbits whenever possible, because they are very welcome.

Quirky Alphabet Sets

Okay, I admit it, I am a typography fetishist. There's just something about being able to express yourself further than just using words. Lately, I've been immersed in collecting as many fonts as possible, and thank to my instructors and sites like ilovetypography.com I've learned a lot about typographical manipulation. But typography can go a lot further than just cool font designs. Here's a few examples of quirky alphabet sets that I've recently come across. As a personal goal, I'm hoping to be able to create one of my own this year to add to my portfolio. There are an infinite number of possibilities...all I need to do is start brainstorming.
